We decided to try this hotel. we stayed for 1 night. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted you. they were very friendly, answered your questions and offered whatever you needed. The best part... they asked if we were here for a concert, and when we told her yes, she told us they offer shuttling to an from the venue. we took up the opportunity...OMG! THE BEST THING EVER!

The room was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Felt like home away from home! Heather at the bar makes a mean old-fashioned! The hotel was quiet and affordable. Adrianne, at the front desk, greeted me like family every day. This is where I will stay from now on when I am in this area!

We chose the package that included breakfast and we’re so glad we did! It was delicious with several yummy choices. There was a problem with our payment through a third party and the office staff was very helpful with resolving the issues. Hats off to Danielle the assistant general manager for following up a few days later!

The location was ideal, the room and premises immaculate and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable and great, as always with Marriott. Room service did skip our room on Thanksgiving Day, which was unusual, but I wonder if it was due to the holiday? Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Good location. We chose this hotel because it is close to the Akron station of the Cuyahoga Valley scenic train. We took the train one way and rode our bikes back. Clean rooms and friendly employees. We did not use the bistro in the lobby

As soon as we walked inside, we were astonished at how clean and orderly the establishment was. Very modern and classy. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was very quick. Once we arrived in our room, the TV came on with all of the hotel information. This was easy to use and a nice personal touch since it displays your name in a welcome message. The bistro offers simple, but delicious food that you can eat there, or take back to your room. Overall, our stay was a 10/10.

The location was good. It was close to some restaurants. The breakfast was great. My daughter & I had dinner there once which was sandwiches which was excellent.no

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Nice size room. Friendly staff. Loved the common areas. Starbucks. The lounge. Gym and pool were very clean.
